Wells Concrete has steadily increased their product line-up since they began in the precast business with the traditional double tee.  Wells Concrete has increased their product mix over the years to meet the growing needs developed by their clients.  Products include:

Wall Panels                                                                                                                                                                                       Architectural and structural wall panels are available in a variety of widths and thicknesses to meet a project’s requirements.  Panels are engineered for both structural integrity and aesthetics, whether they are used as shear walls, load bearing, non-load bearing, interior, or exterior walls.

Double Tees
Wells Concrete has the capacity to produce  double tees for building applications as well as parking applications.  The double tee is primarily used in areas that require exceptionally long spans, such as parking decks, swimming pools, gymnasiums, and industrial building walls. 

Hollowcore Plank                                                                                                                                                                       Hollowcore plank is a precast concrete slab used primarily for structural roof and floor applications. The concrete is cast over a bed of prestressed wire strands, producing an incredibly strong product that tolerates high load capacities and can be used to cover long spans. The Hollowcore panels have continuous voids in them that reduce weight and cost, and also may be used for electrical or mechanical runs.

Beams & Columns
Wells Concrete offers a variety of standard beams and columns that are integral componants for a total precast structure.

Stadia
Single risers provide the building blocks for stadia seating in stadiums, arenas, school auditoriums, or other event centers of the like.

Stairs
Wells Concrete produces prefabricated stairs for offices, multi-family housing units, sports arenas, parking ramps and any other structure requiring stairs.  Precast stairs are extremely cost effective when utilized through project construction.
