The drafting and engineering team provides the following services through project procurement and production:
Precast/Prestressed Engineering
- Lateral analysis of all structure types and framing systems
- Product design
- Connection design
- Value engineering alternatives
- Internal coordination between design and production
- Provide 3D model as needed
Drafting
- Manage internal schedule through proper management of pour tickets for production
- Facilitate shop drawing process providing coordination between design, engineering and production
- Detail all precast pieces in a project
- Provide permit drawings where applicable
- Quantify all materials needed for production
