Albany, Minn., (03/26/25) – Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Slott as Business Development Manager focused on the Northern Wisconsin region. Slott brings a diverse career in the building industry with a background in construction, project management, and sales. In this role, he will focus on supporting design and construction partners and clients, establishing relationships, and driving regional growth.

With a degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University, Slott began his career in real estate development and project management, later stepping into the prefabrication industry as a project manager. In this role, he managed numerous projects, gaining valuable experience across manufacturing, scheduling, and sales operations and taking on responsibilities in engineering, sales, logistics, and safety programs. During this time, Slott attained PCI Quality Control Level I & II certifications and US LEED Green Associate credentials.

“I am thrilled to join Wells and excited about the opportunity to become a trusted resource for our building industry partners and contribute to the company’s growth,” said Slott. “Wells’ reputation, combined with its strategic direction, made this an easy choice for me. I look forward to connecting clients with innovative, high-quality building solutions and developing long-lasting relationships.”

Auggy Chung, VP of Sales—Great Lakes, commented: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jason in a past role. His understanding of the construction landscape makes him a great addition to Wells. I am confident that his consultative approach will be appreciated by our clients and strengthen our presence.”

The addition of Slott fills a need made by the retirement of Great Lakes Regional Sales Manager, Jeff Kiel, whose career at Wells spanned nearly 37 years in various roles from dispatch to field operations to preconstruction. During this tenure, Kiel was involved with thousands of projects throughout Wisconsin.
