Brighton, Colo., (Oct. 29, 2024) – Wells, one of the largest prefabricated building solutions providers in the United States, is pleased to announce the promotion of Logan Hemberger to sales representative in the Mountain States region, covering Wyoming, Nebraska, and the northeast corner of Colorado.

Hemberger joined Wells as an intern while completing his degree in construction management from Colorado State University. Over his eight years at Wells, Hemberger has transitioned from field engineer to superintendent to estimating and sales, where his expertise in construction has proven invaluable.

“Logan has been a vital part of our team for years,” said Dan Parker, Vice President of Sales for Wells Mountain States region. “We’ve seen his passion for building relationships and deep understanding of the construction process. His hands-on field experience and ability to connect with clients make him the ideal fit for this role.”

In his new role as sales representative, Hemberger will focus on growing Wells’ footprint by developing new client relationships and converting architects and contractors to the benefits of prefabricated building systems. He will engage with key players in the industry, demonstrating Wells’ innovative solutions and discussing constructability, value engineering, and project savings.

“I’m looking forward to stepping into this new role and continuing to build on what the team has accomplished,” said Hemberger. “Having grown up around the construction business, I’m excited to help our clients navigate the design and construction process and see the value Wells brings to their projects.”

Hemberger is taking over following the retirement of a seasoned team member, Scott Maclay. He will continue to support Wells’ strategic goals, working closely with clients and partners across the Mountain States region to introduce Wells’ wide range of products.
