Albany, Minn., (01/14/2025)—Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, is pleased to announce the addition of Rick DeBlois as Sustainability Manager. In this role, DeBlois oversees the company’s sustainability initiatives, serving as a liaison to regional operations to enhance best practices and foster sustainability awareness.
With over three decades of industry experience, DeBlois brings a rich background to Wells. His career includes leadership roles in the chemical, dimension stone, and precast industries, where he specialized in quality, materials management, product/process development, and sustainability. DeBlois holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, past certification in PCI I and II, and currently holds a PSQ I certification from NPCA.
