Brighton, Colo. (Aug. 6, 2024) – Wells, one of the largest prefabricated building solutions providers in the United States, has added Erica Thompson as Business Development Specialist for the Mountain States region.

Working closely with Dan Parker, vice president of sales, Thompson’s primary role will be expanding awareness of Wells and developing opportunities with Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) partners. She will be integral in showcasing the building solutions, services, and design expertise Wells provides for its partners and projects.

Throughout her career, Thompson has worked in multiple architectural sales representative roles and is versed in collaborating with design and construction professionals throughout Colorado. She prides herself on sharing her knowledge of industry trends, connecting clients with the right building solutions and cultivating collaborative partnerships.

Thompson applies her accounting expertise to understand the full picture of a development project. She has held a CPA/CPI certification for over 10 years, is a Construction Document Technician (CDT), and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado—Colorado Springs (UCCS).
