Brighton, Colo., (01/21/25) – Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew Ziska as Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). Ziska is overseeing all aspects of Wells’ EHS operations, focusing on enhancing safety culture and integrating safety practices with operations across the country.

Ziska brings over two decades of experience in the safety and environmental fields, with a background in leadership roles across various industries. He has served as a field safety manager, led OSHA compliance efforts for major organizations, and fostered a safety-first culture at complex operational sites. Ziska holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, along with various other degrees in safety technology, environmental science, and organizational behavior. He also holds multiple certifications, including Certified Safety Professional and Certified Business Continuity Professional.
