
Waukesha, Wisc. (4/14/25) – Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, announces the promotion of Megan Kocchi to Vice President of Marketing. In this leadership role, Kocchi oversees corporate marketing and communications, supporting strategic initiatives across Wells’ growing portfolio of business units, building solutions and services.
Since joining Wells in 2022 as Director of Marketing, Kocchi has helped elevate its market presence during a period of growth and geographic expansion. She leads the corporate marketing team in supporting key business units and cross-functional areas, including sales, engineering, human resources, and safety.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing leadership across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, Kocchi has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and developing strategies that engage partners and drive business results.
