Albany, Minn., (Oct. 29, 2024) Wells, a leader in prefabricated building solutions across the United States, is excited to announce that Seth Falcon has joined the Midwest team as a Sales Representative. Falcon, who has been with Wells for five years, brings a wealth of experience in engineering, project management, and relationship building to his new role, focusing on expanding Wells’ footprint across the Midwest region.

Falcon’s journey at Wells began as an intern while completing his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota. Over the past five years, he has gained hands-on experience across various roles, from quality control and field supervision to engineering. His experience includes work on notable projects like the Digi-Key expansion, various ICC storm shelters, and large-scale parking ramps.

“I’m excited to be stepping into this new role and directly connecting with our clients,” said Falcon. “With my background in engineering and project management, I’m looking forward to helping our clients see the value of Wells’ solutions and guiding them through efficient and cost-effective approaches to their projects. It’s about building strong relationships and helping our clients and Wells succeed.”

In his new role, Falcon will guide general contractors, architects, and developers in selecting efficient building solutions while supporting the Wells preconstruction team through his engineering background and understanding of the construction process. He will also play an instrumental role in supporting Wells’ ongoing strategic goals, working closely with key players in the construction industry to deliver innovative solutions.

“Seth has a natural ability to connect with people, and that’s been evident throughout his time with Wells,” said Mike Mortensen, Vice President of Sales for Wells Midwest. “He’s hardworking, driven, and brings a unique blend of technical expertise and relationship-building skills to the team. We look forward to applying his engineering background to support the efforts of the preconstruction team.”
