Bill started his career in 2005 in field services where he became familiar with the intricacies of precast installation. With the addition of his experience as Project Engineer, he brings a broad range of knowledge to his role, where he oversees plant and field operations, including safety quality, and general operation of both.

Project Manager

Brandon is a project manager for Wells Mountain States region. With over 10 years of project management experience working for various general contractors, Brandon has overseen a range of projects across Colorado, from commercial and government buildings to K-12 schools. He is passionate about transforming conceptual designs into enduring structures, and his driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach ensures smooth communication and seamless project execution. Brandon holds a master’s degree in construction project management from Drexel University, a criminal justice undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and is OSHA 30 certified.

Sealants Project Manager

Eric brings over 18 years of experience as a commercial project manager to his role at Wells. He is certified as an ABAA QAP Administrator and OSHA-trained and holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management with a minor in risk control from University of Wisconsin - Stout, along with an associate’s degree in drafting and estimating. As sealants project manager, Eric is focused on keeping his projects on schedule with clear communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

Geoff joined Wells in 2012, gaining hands-on experience in field and yard operations before transitioning to a yard and shipping supervisor. Vice President of Erection & Field Services - Midwest

Jesse has over 25 years of experience with Wells. As Vice President of Construction Services for Wells Midwest region, he manages over 15 erection crews and three patching crews across the region and oversees large national projects. He has led various erection efforts throughout his career, including some of the most complex projects Wells has completed. His in-depth knowledge of Wells products and installation is paramount to field teams.

Randy carries over a decade of experience within the construction process, spanning from sales to logistics and production. He began at Wells in 2016, wearing many hats throughout the company, which helped him foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication for his current position as project manager. Randy is ACI-certified and PCI-certified in levels 1 and 2. He obtained an associate degree in marketing and sales management from Ridgewater College, followed by a Bachelor's in recreation and sport management from St. Cloud State. Randy's time as President of the local Jaycees honed his leadership and delegation skills, complementing his dedication to community service.
