Bill started his career in 2005 in field services where he became familiar with the intricacies of precast installation. With the addition of his experience as Project Engineer, he brings a broad range of knowledge to his role, where he oversees plant and field operations, including safety quality, and general operation of both.

Director of Project Management - Mountain States

Brian has been with Wells for 13 years and has held various positions within the company. In total, he has spent more than 30+ years in the precast/prestressed industry and has managed precast projects from $1 to $30 million in value. Brian has Quality Control Personnel Certifications levels I and II from PCI, and is a Grade I ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician.

Ever has over 15 years of expertise in the precast industry, currently serving as a Project Manager for Wells. With a strong foundation forged from hands-on experience, Ever excels in bilingual communication, offering invaluable insight to a diverse range of design and construction partners. His certifications, including PCI Quality Control Inspector and ACI Concrete Field Tester, underscore his commitment to excellence in prefabrication. Vice President of Erection & Field Services - Midwest

Jesse has over 25 years of experience with Wells and currently manages 15 erection crews and three patching crews across the Midwest. He has led a variety of erection efforts throughout his career, including some of the most complex projects Wells has completed. His in depth knowledge of Wells’ products and installation are paramount to field teams.

Keith is a seasoned construction professional with over three decades of construction industry experience, including over three years in Project Management at Wells. Holding a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Illinois State University, Keith excels in coordinating all project phases, emphasizing customer relations and clear communication. Lisa is a seasoned Project Manager with over 7 years at Wells. Prior to joining Wells, she worked in the Denver area for almost 25 years as a general contractor, contributing to iconic projects such as Coors Field, The Children's Hospital Expansion and The Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Lisa understands what it takes to bring projects from onset to completion, she excels in the communication and collaboration side of project management, emphasizing the importance of attention to detail, organization and accountability on the projects she works with.

Nate is the Vice President of Construction Services and Design & Engineering - Great Lakes, and responsible for managing the project cycle. He contributes to the implementation of new policies and procedures to establish safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. With 25 years in the industry, Nate has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of the precast process.

Senior Project Manager

Per brings over 24 years of invaluable precast industry experience to his role as Project Manager at Wells. Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, with an emphasis on Structural Engineering and Project Management, he excels in anticipating and proactively addressing project challenges. Project Manager

Randy carries over a decade of experience within the construction process, spanning from sales to logistics and production. He began at Wells in 2016, wearing many hats throughout the company, which helped him foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication for his current position as project manager. Randy is ACI-certified and PCI-certified in levels 1 and 2. He obtained an associate degree in marketing and sales management from Ridgewater College, followed by a Bachelor's in recreation and sport management from St. Cloud State. Randy's time as President of the local Jaycees honed his leadership and delegation skills, complementing his dedication to community service.

Scott has been with Wells since 2000, developing an in-depth understanding of design and layout efficiencies in a drafting role. He lends his expertise and creativity to product evolution, including new and cutting-edge architectural capabilities. Scott maintains a wide perspective of what we can achieve as a community, providing both unique and efficient solutions.

Facades Project Manager

Scott Meuers is project manager for Wells facades division, leading facades projects across all Wells geographic regions. Scott is instrumental in monitoring project progress, with an eye to continuous learning to establish best practices. With a belief that effective communication is the cornerstone of every successful relationship, Scott places extra emphasis on responsive communication on his projects. He holds a 4-year Construction Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Moorhead and brings a passion for combining technical expertise with interpersonal skills to drive innovation and excellence.
