Sealants Project Manager

With over a decade of industry experience, David's journey at Wells began as a laborer while pursuing an associate degree in Architectural Construction and Technology. Rising to Foreman during his studies, he mastered site management, structural drawings and heavy equipment operation. Now David works as a Sealants project manager, excelling in attention to detail and client satisfaction. David currently manages a 22-member field crew, thriving in the Midwest's fast-paced environment, and most notably worked on North Loop Green in Minneapolis.

Director of Sealants Project Management - Great Lakes

Jim has dedicated his over 35 years career to specializing in concrete/masonry restoration, with over 15 years as the owner of his own restoration company, acquired by Wells in 2021. As an International Masonry Institute (IMI) instructor, he helps build our team’s understanding of the craft, focusing on precision and quality. He applies his unparalleled understanding of what it takes for sealants and restoration services to Wells, leading our Great Lakes region team with an emphasis on ensuring positive client experiences.

Vice President of Sealants and Restoration

Mike joined Wells in 2014 and is currently the Vice President of Wells' Sealants & Restoration team. He focuses on providing robust, economical building contracting, maintenance, and restoration solutions to enhance building envelope performance and extend longevity. He has been in the industry for 20 years and has the unique ability to view projects through the general contractor perspective and focus on the correct project maintenance scope, including schedule and cost. Mike graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, with a bachelor’s degree in construction management and business administration.

Robert brings a diverse background and unique perspective of construction industry to his role as Project Manager for Wells Sealants and Restoration team. Prior to joining Wells in 2021, he worked in high-end residential and commercial construction. Robert excels in producing timely estimates and proposals for our partners, contributing significantly to the Minnesota regions success. His dedication to precision and efficiency in his role results in a seamless client and partner experience.
