The Public Works Facility in Cedarburg, WI is home to a breathtaking space that stands out from other municipal buildings. The City of Cedarburg is now able to better serve their residents due to the large storage allowance and ability to accommodate up to 12 city vehicles.
Wells manufactured and erected hollowcore plank to ensure structural stability for the facility; supporting high-load bearing capacity and overall lower maintenance costs compared to other building materials. By utilizing this building method, the Cedarburg Public Works Facility creates a safer environment for those performing daily duties and tasks.
Wells architectural insulated wall panels give this building a structurally sound and aesthetic design. Assembled off-site in a quality-controlled environment, the prefabricated panels came complete with a composite finish, a thermally efficient solution as it has a thick layer of thermal insulation and is fire resistant.
